The 3 cubic meter hydraulic mining excavator independently developed and manufactured by Shandong Changsong Heavy Industry is a heavy-duty loading machine specially designed for open-pit mines, stone quarries, aggregate processing plants and ore stripping projects. Equipped with a standard 3m³ thickened wear-resistant rock bucket made of high-strength wear steel, the machine boasts outstanding digging and breakout force, which greatly accelerates loading efficiency and perfectly matches 20 to 40-ton mining dump trucks. Only 4 to 6 cycles can fully fill one truck, significantly boosting daily mine output.
Its upgraded large-flow constant-power hydraulic system realizes smooth combined movements of digging, slewing and lifting while effectively cutting fuel consumption. All boom, stick and bucket cylinders are thickened and reinforced, capable of long-time continuous operation against hard rock and dense ore. The heavy-duty extended chassis with thick track shoes and reinforced walking reducer prevents sinking on muddy and gravel ground, offering stable climbing performance on steep mine slopes.
A FOPS falling-object protection cab is equipped with shatterproof glass and shock-absorbing seats to shield operators from flying stones in harsh mining environments.
