5‑Ton Mining Dumper
This dump truck is developed for underground mines, tunnel mucking, diversion tunnels and small open‑pit mines. Its narrow and low‑profile body adapts to narrow roadways for short‑distance transportation of ore, muck and earth‑rock.
It is equipped with Yunnei 490 engine (63‑65 HP), supporting China‑III / Euro‑III emission standards. Fitted with high‑low speed gearbox, it delivers strong climbing power. Rear‑wheel drive is standard and 4×4 four‑wheel drive is optional for rough muddy roads.
Optional fully‑enclosed wet brake system avoids brake heat‑fade on long downhill slopes to improve underground safety. The heavy‑duty reinforced frame resists impact and deformation. The cargo box is made of wear‑resistant manganese steel plate. Hydraulic power steering offers small turning radius. Direct‑push hydraulic lifting cylinder ensures fast lifting and clean unloading. Water‑filtration exhaust purification device can be installed to reduce underground smoke.
Featuring solid structure, low failure rate and easy maintenance, it supports customized cargo box, body height and drive mode. It is ideal short‑haul transport equipment for underground mines and tunnel projects.
