Maintenance personnel must conduct a thorough, disassembly-based overhaul of the entire vehicle, comprehensively inspecting core systems such as power, braking, steering, and load-bearing capacity. They must replace aging seals and severely worn parts, calibrate equipment operating parameters, and complete overall performance testing and debugging. This comprehensive overhaul restores the equipment to its optimal operating condition, fundamentally reducing safety risks in underground operations.
