The small slag treatment system has an ultra-narrow body design of 1.8 meters and a fully enclosed dust prevention system, which is perfectly suitable for urban village reconstruction, indoor demolition and construction, and narrow roads under mines. Compared with the traditional large slag treatment equipment, our system has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in miniaturization and a small footprint: it only takes one-third of the size of a basketball court, can be easily stationed in a narrow construction site, can be assembled on site within 2-4 hours, can be flexibly moved with the progress of the project, and has low power consumption. The entire mechanical power does not exceed 75kW, which saves more than 40% energy compared with traditional equipment. Although it is small in appearance, it is not inferior in slag treatment efficiency. The product is equipped with an advanced crushing and screening system, which can quickly crush large pieces of slag into uniform particles, and classify materials of different particle sizes through precise screening devices.
