Mine Personnel Carrier

Shandong Changsong mine man‑car is professional underground personnel‑transport equipment widely deployed in inclined shafts and horizontal roadways of various mines. Pulled by mine winches, it comes in two mainstream configurations: rail‑clamping type and claw‑insert type. The unit can operate independently or be assembled into a transport train composed of head cars, trailers and tail cars according to actual mine conditions, to satisfy different passenger‑carrying demands.

Safety is the core design priority of our mine man‑car. It is fitted with dual‑protection braking systems, including automatic rope‑break rail‑clamping brake and manual emergency brake. Once the traction steel rope breaks accidentally, the mechanism will trigger instantly to grip the rails firmly and stop the vehicle immediately, effectively avoiding roll‑away risks and protecting miners on board.

Constructed with high‑strength thickened welded steel plates, the whole frame features outstanding structural rigidity and shock‑resistance. The vehicle runs smoothly on tracks with low vibration. Its rational internal layout brings comfortable riding experience, while modular structural design simplifies daily inspection, component replacement and routine maintenance, lowering long‑term operation costs.

This mine man‑car adapts to coal mines, metal mines and non‑metal underground mines. We support customized production for different track gauges, shaft inclination angles and passenger‑capacity requirements. Strict factory testing is carried out before delivery to guarantee stable and reliable performance under harsh underground mining environments.
