Scope of Application: Suitable for construction machinery in mining engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, and cross-section water diversion tunnels, mine slag removal, etc. The tire-belt excavator bucket loader is mainly used for the collection, transportation, and loading of crushed stone and soil in non-explosive mines such as metal and non-metal mines and water diversion tunnels where production space is narrow and production scale is small. It is a production device that combines a robotic arm and a conveyor, integrating collection and transportation functions. It adopts an electro-hydraulic control system and features safety, environmental protection, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. It is an indispensable cutting-edge mining equipment for slag removal in mines and small tunnels, and a substitute for manual labor and other machinery. The tire-belt excavator bucket loader is powered by an externally introduced 380V three-phase AC power supply. The whole machine uses one main motor and one electric drum, with a total installed rated power of 10.5KW or 14KW. Only one person is required for operation.
Structure and Operation: The tire-belt excavator bucket loader includes five functions: hydraulic walking, excavation and collection, transportation, loading, and bottom cleaning. The hydraulic walking function is achieved through a hydraulic motor, reducer, rotating shaft, and finally, the reducer drives the wheels. The hydraulic motor has forward, reverse, and automatic braking functions. The digging and collecting functions are performed by a robotic arm, which has digging, extension, loading, and unloading functions. The boom can rise, lower, and rotate left and right. The digging and collecting operations are fully hydraulically controlled by six levers, each controlling two actions, making it easy to operate. (Note: An electric speed-regulating propulsion system and a diesel engine-assisted walking and working device can be added or selected.) The transportation and loading functions are completed by a conveyor system. The conveyor frame is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders. When the conveyor frame is lowered, the front wheels are supported, and the material inlet at the front of the conveyor frame makes closer contact with the ore, improving stability during operation. It can also collect and disperse materials and level the site. The conveyor belt width is 650-700mm, and the conveying speed is 800-900mm/second. The conveyor belt is driven by a 3KW electric roller. This transmission method offers more stable performance, is more durable, and is easier to maintain.
The vehicle's hydraulic system is powered by a 7.5KW or 11KW motor driving a right-hand high-pressure gear pump. Hydraulic oil is pumped into a hydraulic multi-way valve via the gear pump, and the hydraulic control valve is operated via a handle. The vehicle's electrical system uses buttons and contactors to operate two motors and is equipped with a leakage current protector that automatically cuts off power within 0.5 seconds to ensure the vehicle's own and the equipment's operation.
